Dead Man Inc.

For over 20 years now (Having made his debut in 1990) The Undertaker (Mark Calaway) has been setting the standards every other WWE Wrestler has failed to achieve. Having gone over his (now two decades) of destruction long let the beatings continue!

Before he joined WWE he was with WCCW (World Class Championship Wrestling) in 1984 onwards, he then went on to join USWA (United States Wrestling Association). After that he went on to join NWA (National Wrestling Alliances) which later went on to become WCW (World Championship Wrestling) and did some wrestling in New Japan Pro Wrestling in that time. In 1990 his contract with WCW wasn't extended and he was signed by WWF (World Wrestling Federation). Hulk Hogan takes credit for recommending him to Vince McMahon after meeting him on the set of Suburban Commando and the idea for his character was a mixture between his own and Vince McMahon's and with his iconic entrance he was first introduced by Ted DiBiase The Million Dollar Man, who also did the same with The Underfaker. The rest as they say is history...

Undertaker designed the Body BagCasket, Buried Alive, Hell In A Cell, Last Ride, Biker Chain and Boneyard matches, he's been at the forefront of Inferno matches, Last Man StandingPunjabi Prison matches, The Elimination Chamber and the Boiler Room Brawl. He has also invented Judgment Day and had the infamous Undertaker Vs. Undertaker (Underfaker) match. He has had another quite unique match where he had Chuck Norris at hand to help stop outside interference in his match with Yokozuna.

Undertaker has defeated everyone he's fought against at one stage or another and he has never tapped out, he almost always wins his feuds as well.

Undertaker was the first ever Raw draft pick, as chosen by Ric Flair and was later drafted to Smackdown! by Stephanie McMahon in the same year.

His fans are often referred to as "Creatures Of The Night".

He along with Paul Bearer hosted the unique Funeral Parlour.

His Filmography consists of: Suburban Commando (1991), as well as appearances in: Beyond The Mat (1999), Poltergeist: The Legacy (1999), Downtown (1999), Celebrity Death Match (1999), Off The Record With Michael Landsberg (2001) and America's Most Wanted (2002).

While he has officially won the WWE championship 4 times, there was a little bit of confusion after he was wrongly pinned by R.V.D.. The match was continued and Undertaker quickly retained, but Lilian Garcia accidentally announced him as the new champion.

Although not many have beaten Undertaker clean he has always been the big underachiever in the WWE despite being the youngest ever champion once. Whereas wrestlers like The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Triple H (HHH), Kurt Angle and more recently Brock Lesnar and John Cena have taken all the glory, 'Taker has always taken a backseat despite his longevity and the respect he's always held as locker room leader. If it were down to talent, and in-ring brutality then Undertaker would have won more titles than all of the above, but perhaps it can be regarded as mainly injuries which have held him back. Most of his title reigns have also come while the WWE belt was at its most valuable, before it became devalued with short title reigns and too much shifting about. He's also the best I have seen at both face and heel, as the former he's indestructible and as the latter he's sadistic, darker and doesn't run away from a fight. He is in my opinion the most dominant wrestler of all time with perhaps the least number of clean defeats of any wrestler. An example of his greatness as a heel was while champion in 2002 until it was cut short in a Triple Threat match with The Rock and Kurt Angle; he would take on anyone and win clean, even having to face outside interference from faces too! I feel it was a missed opportunity not to give him a much longer run. While he's a big guy he can also wrestle as a highflyer despite this, showing just what range his technique, even including some of his M.M.A. training has and not just as a wrestler but as a character. From the end of 2003 to 2006 he worked on a part time basis and had a steady schedule until 2011 where he began wrestling one to three matches per year to defend the Wrestlemania streak.
